We provide a comprehensive design service for our customers. Initially we offer a free no obligation consultation at a time that suits at which we will discuss your objectives and offer design and planning advice and suggestions. We are above all customer focused and will listen to your ideas and requirements. Subject to your approval, we will then move on to the planning stage.
P L A N
Following appointment, we will undertake a site survey and detailed measure. From this survey we will prepare an initial set of design plans and make amendments as requested by yourselves. Once these have been approved, we will prepare a planning submission to the local Planning Authority and liaise with them until a decision is obtained. After planning permission has been obtained or Permitted Development Rights agreed we then prepare and submit to the Building Control.

Finally our build team will begin works and ensure the highest quality and attention to detail is applied to see the project through to completion. We aim to provide all our clients with a stress and hassle free build process and work towards your end goals and deadlines.
