A development project involving the formation of 24 flats to the upper floors of an existing commercial property in Gravesend, Kent. This project involved careful design work to insure the building would be suitable for flats, and standardising the layouts helped with general buildability and costs. The addition of the roof extension was also carefully designed with a terrace area to the front, as well as curtain glazing giving the upper floor good views around the town. The commercial Ground floor unit was split into offices as requested by the client.
