A large Commercial property in need of major refurbishment and general modernisation in Dover. This project involved liaising with the local Listed Building Planning team in order to reinstate the building back to its oringial condition, which meant displaying how the original features of the building would be put back and replicated to match the neighbouring buildings. A full detailed drawing pack was submitted along with material schedules and breakdowns of items / areas of the structure which would require replacing, allowing the local authority to review and provide the relevant consent to carry the works out.
