A great example of a 150 year old London Town House Conversion, into 5 Luxury Apartments. We conducted a full design and build service on this project and restored as well as modernised the building throughout. New Sash Windows, and a ground floor basement extension brought more light to the building and created better living accommodation to the apartments. The Client needed a building which would with stand years of tenancy and appeal to the London rental Market, however with the added benefit of being low maintenance and relatively low cost in the future. All apartments were specified with high end Sanitary Ware and Kitchens with Granite Worktops in order to please. Our time scales on this project from start to finish was 18months.
