A large home extension and re-configure in Emerson Park, Hornchurch. The existing property was in need of general modernisation, and the client required additional living space both ground and first floor to accommodate for a large expanding family. After obtaining the relevant planning permission, the proposed scheme almost doubled the footprint of the existing and created vast living spaces and bedrooms throughout. On this project, we also secured permission for a 250sqm rear garden annex as the client required an area away from the main house to use as a gym and entertainment space.
