A development project involving the formation of 3 flats to the upper floors of an existing commercial property in Fairlop, Essex. On this project, we worked around a live surgery on the ground floor whilst making adaptations and extending the structure to accommodate for 2 additional flats. A basic yet comfortable specification was followed with general white finishes and easy maintenance flooring, reducing build costs and allowing the client to stay within budget and benefit from a suitable return on investment. This scheme also required a fully automated Fire System throughout linking residential and commercial areas.
