A Commercial project involving the enlargement of an existing Industrial Unit in Finchley, London. We worked alongside the client to develop a scheme for a unit with larger internal area, where the client wanted to maximize the potential and yield on the site. On this project, site constraints involving space and general boundaries had to be thought about and making the structure work around the existing neighbouring buildings was key.
