2 New Build Apartments in Willesden Green.  We conducted a full design and build service on this project and was handed the site over after demolition of the existing buildings / structures which were present. This site was extremely tight and space was restricted due to building end of Terrace and with an adjoining neighbouring boundary. All processes from Ground Works, to internal fit out and M&E we're completed by ourselves and fully co-ordinated with suppliers and consultants. The structure formed was part traditional cavity wall and also areas of timber frame were used due to site constraints.
