A large home Extension and general Refurbishment in Lambourne End, Essex set on 3 acres of green. This property was partially re-built and structurally corrected to bring it to its current form, as well as a complete internal refurbishment to a high specification. The client wanted the internals to suit the period & style of property and all rooms were designed and finished accordingly with this in mind. We also reinstated all original features where possible, one of the main being the 'Mock Tudor' timber work externally which was carefully designed and spaced accordingly around window and door openings. Landscaping to the rear and side of the property was completed, and new levels were introduced to create a spacious patio area and large curved retaining wall with various stepping points to access the garden.
