An interesting example of a roof space extension concept in St Johns Wood, London. The client required additional space to the existing property, however with a small sized London garden,  options for a rear extension were not viable which meant the concept of utilising the roof space took precedent. We designed around the clients image, and designed a space which was in keeping with the original property as well as giving it a modern and contemporary appeal.
