We conducted a full design and build service on this project and was handed the site over after demolition of the existing buildings / structures which were present. The curved block allowed the building to make the most of the restricted site, and offered private living as well as benefiting from reasonable sized front and rear gardens. All processes from Ground Works, to internal fit out and M&E we're completed by ourselves and fully co-ordinated with suppliers and consultants. The structure formed was part traditional cavity wall construction to ground floor, and first floor was timber frame which and cladded with a composite resin based material.
